    Cuti hujung minggu kalau tak keluar rumah sure tak sah...paling tidak Giant, Tesco, Jusco tak pun jalan pusing tasik Shah Alam....tu jek  la aktiviti hujung minggu...tapi kali nie terasa nak explore jauh sikit...tu dia kat Bukit Tinggi, Klang....Plaza GM. Kalau sebelum ni ada gak la pi Plaza GM kat Chowkit..yang parkingnya kereta kena naik lift...gila ok!! first time ever bawak kereta masuk naik lift....apa yang bezanya dengan Plaza GM Klang nie? Hah ianya lebih besar dan baru...selesa lah kalau nak bawak budak-budak.

    Latar Belakang ADTEC Shah Alam

    Pusat Latihan Teknologi Tinggi Shah Alam atau lebih dikenali sebagai ADTEC Shah Alam merupakan salah satu daripada 32 institut latihan di bawah Jabatan Tenaga Manusia, Kementerian Sumber Manusia. Ianya dibina di atas tapak seluas empat puluh (40) ekar yang terletak di kawasan perindustrian Bukit Kemuning, iaitu 9 kilometer dari pusat Bandar Shah Alam, Selangor. Majlis Pecah Tanah dan meletak Batu Asas disempurnakan pada 15hb Oktober 1998. Kerja - kerja pembinaan bangunan secara rasminya bermula pada 22hb Februari 1999 dengan dilaksanakan melalui kaedah Design & Build atau Turnkey. Pembinaan bangunan ADTEC Shah Alam siap sepenuhnya pada Oktober 2000. ADTEC Shah Alam telah membuat pengambilan pelajar pertama pada Januari 2001 iaitu seramai 107 pelajar bagi mengikuti kursus yang dijalankan iaitu kursus Elektrikal/Elektronik dan Mekanikal/Pengeluaran. Majlis Perasmian ADTEC Shah Alam telah disempurnakan oleh Timbalan Perdana Menteri Y.A.B Dato' Seri Abdullah Bin Ahmad Badawi pada 11hb Januari 2003
